The Administration Group supports the financial and administrative needs of the parish.

Building Bucks MinistERs

Sellers Spend about one hour selling Building Bucks gift certificates and answering questions about this program. They sell at the Mass of their choice and are scheduled in advance.

Preparation Team Members meet weekly to count and prepare the gift certificates for sales the following weekend, and also fill standing order requests.

Auditors Are highly skilled volunteers who use computer spreadsheets and troubleshooting skills to perform an audit of sales and inventory on a rolling six-week schedule.

collection Counter Ministers Count and prepare the bank deposit of the weekend collections. Contact the parish office, 972-436-9581.

Finance Council Ministers Advise the Pastor on all financial matters of the parish, including the annual budget process and monthly review of financial statements. Appointment by the pastor. Contact the parish office, 972-436-9581.

Office Service Ministers Assist with projects such as stuffing and labeling envelopes, making copies, and other clerical tasks. Work is done in the parish facilities during weekday business hours. Contact Connie Gourlie, 972-219-1902, ConnieG@stphilipcc.org.

STEWARDSHIP MINISTRIES Assist the parish in the planning and implementation of our stewardship campaigns (operating budget, capital campaign, mortgage retirement).
